2009-2010 Universal Prekindergarten Application Information
In order to streamline the application process, the Universal Pre-Kindergarten Projected Data Form will be submitted by school districts electronically. The link below will take you to the data submission form. The narrative portion of the application is accessed through the link below. Please make a hard copy of your electronic data submission form for your records. The complete application (both data submission and narrative) is due no later than .
The software we are using for the electronic submission of the streamlined 2009-2010 Projected Data Application does not allow you to save the information while awaiting approval. Therefore, we recommend that you print a blank Projected Data Application off the UPK website, complete it manually, and then get the required district approvals. Upon approval, enter the data, press submit, and print out the confirmation page for your records.
Important Note:
Please read all parts of the application carefully as we have added a new section regarding fully implemented programs. No application will be reviewed until both the narrative and the electronic data submission is received by our office. It is very important for each UPK director to be in touch with his/her district finance person, on a regular basis, concerning the budget because the grant payable is directly related to the number of UPK students enrolled.
