The Office of Technology Policy is in the process of developing a specific guide to assist New York State schools in their application for the Title II Part D - EETT funds application.

NCLB/Title II Part D 2007-08 Allocation Funds for Eligible LEAs are posted online.

Title II D 2007-08 allocations for New York State school districts and charter schools are available online. The allocations are determined by the State Education Department based on requirements set forth in the NCLB legislation.

11 Eligible Program Services and Activities for EETT Funds 

Districts applying for technology funding must supply an assurance that financial resources provided under the Ed Tech program will supplement and not supplant state and/or local funds that would otherwise be used for the proposed activities.

SEDTA's 2007 National Trends Report:

The State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) has released its SETDA’s National Trends Report 2007 which contains information from the surveys completed by Fifty States and DC on the impact of NCLB’s Title IID, Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) program, representing 99% of the federal dollars for educational technology allocated across the country in 2005-2006.  The full report is available at
