Title II D/Ed Tech Program Funds


The total allocation of Title II Part D - Ed Tech Program for New York State is around $24.5 for the year of 2007-08. Ninety-five percent of the funds will be made available to eligible Local education agencies (LEA) and their partners.   About $11.7 million will be distributed to eligible LEAs through Title I Part A formula and the remaining $11.7 will be available through open competition with the focus on helping high need schools improve their student academic performance through technology integration.  For the formula funds, LEAs will apply through their consolidated application for their allocations.

New York State EETT Competitive Grant Recipients (2008-09)
The second round of Enhancing Education through Technology (EETT) Competitive Grant Awards have been granted to 28 consortia throughout New York State. The theme-based education technology projects are funded for two years to promote technology integration into curriculum and instruction from January, 2008 to December, 2009.

NCLB/Title II Part D 2007-08 Allocation Funds for Eligible LEAs are posted online.
