The first semi-annual report for 2008 summarizing incidents of complaints about the use of corporal punishment by District, BOCES or Charter School personnel is due on July 15, 2008. The report form, which covers the six month period of January 1, 2008– June 30, 2008, is shown below. Please complete and return the form with the original signature of the superintendent or charter school chief administrative officer to:
