Public Announcement Seeking Candidates
For the Roosevelt UFSD Board of Education

The New York State Board of Regents is seeking candidates for appointment to fill three positions on the Interim Board of Education of the Roosevelt Union Free School District which will be vacant as of January 1, 2007.  One position must be filled by a qualified voter and resident of the Roosevelt Union Free School District.  The other two positions may be filled either by a resident of the district or a non-resident. Terms of the positions range from 1 to 5 years.

If you are interested in applying for appointment to this Board, please pick up an information sheet and application at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools of the Roosevelt Union Free School District, 240 Denton Place, Roosevelt, NY 11575.  The materials are also available below.  All applications must be fully completed and delivered to the School Superintendent’s Office no later than 3 p.m. on December 22, 2006 in order to be considered.
