Reading Academy Coach
Training – March 2006
These sessions are
sponsored by SED and Voyager U for Reading First Regional and Building
Coaches. The purpose is to preview and discuss the content of on-line
Reading Academy modules as teachers progress through Reading Academy
courses over the school year.
Course 1
Foundations
will be previewed in the morning. Coaches serving Cohort B Reading
First schools and Coaches who are new in Cohort A schools should attend
these sessions. The sessions will begin at 8:30 am and end at 11:30
am.
Course 2
Reading for Understanding
will be previewed in the afternoon. Coaches serving Cohort A Reading
First schools should attend these sessions. The sessions will begin at
12:30 pm and end at 3:30 pm.
