NYS Charter Schools Planning and Implementation Grants
Charter schools currently approved for multi-year planning and implementation grants, through the NYS Education Department, under NCLB, Title V, Part B, may apply for continuation of their existing programs in 2009–2010.
The grant period extends from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 for:

Equipment Report
The only acceptable signatory for the Application Cover Page and the FS-20 budget form is
the Chief Administrative Officer of the charter school (i.e., school leader, principal, school
director) OR the Board of Trustees President when an Educational Management Company is present.
In order to receive your funds, submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the complete application (Facsimiles will not be accepted.) by June 1, 2009 (postmarked) to:
