Plan Consolidation Initiative
In 2002-03, subdivision 32 of section 305 of Education Law required the New York State Education to prepare a report for the Legislature and Governor identifying State and Federal planning and reporting requirements of districts, and making recommendations for streamlining. Some of the recommendations of the June 2003 report have since been implemented.
