IMPORTANT NOTICE TO TEACHERS

   Grade 8 Intermediate-Level Science

Written Test June 2005

 

We have received a number of inquiries indicating that the formula in question 57 is not clear relative to the directions for the question.  After reviewing the question and consulting with field practitioners, we have determined that all students taking the Grade 8 Intermediate-Level Science

Written test should be given credit for question 57.

If you have already scored your students’ tests, please do the following:

§       If a student received 1 credit for question 57, make no change on the student’s test booklet and answer sheet.

§       If a student received 0 credit for question 57, change the number of credits on the student’s test booklet and answer sheet to 1 credit.

Please communicate this information to all persons responsible for

scoring the Grade 8 Intermediate-Level Science Written Test June 2005.
