Teacher Survey

for
Lead Special Education Teachers

The New York State Education Department and its contractor, Measured Progress are conducting an on-line survey of Lead Special Education Teachers (LSETs) who administered the 2007-08 New York State Alternate Assessment (NYSAA) to students with severe cognitive disabilities.   The survey asks teachers to comment on their thoughts and experiences in administering the assessment.  The information gained from the survey will be used to make quality improvements in NYSAA for the 2008-09 school year. 

Please provide the following link to your Lead Special Education Teachers, so that they can complete the on-line survey.  The deadline for completing the survey is
May 31, 2008.
