Directions to School of American Ballet
The School of American Ballet is located in the Samuel B. and David Rose Building, 70 Lincoln Center Plaza, New York City, on West 65th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. Escalators at 165 West 65th Street and at the northwest corner of Broadway and West 65th Street provide access to the building entrance above street level.
DRIVING
From New York State Thruway (87 South)
Exit: Palisades Parkway to
Exit: George Washington Bridge to
Exit: Manhattan/Henry Hudson Parkway South to
Exit: 79th Street
Turn right onto West End Avenue (2 blocks). Go south to 65th Street and turn left. Cross Amsterdam Avenue. SAB is on the left at 165 West 65th Street. (Look for purple Walter Reade Theater banner.) Parking garage is just past the Rose Building escalator & banner on the left.

Exit: Tappan Zee Bridge to
Exit: Saw Mill River Parkway South to
Exit: Henry Hudson Parkway South into Manhattan. Exit Henry Hudson Parkway at West 79th Street. (proceed as above)
From I-95 North:
Exit: New Jersey Turnpike to
Exit: #16E (495) to
Exit: Manhattan/Lincoln Tunnel
Left out of the Tunnel to West 42nd Street. Left turn on West 42nd to Tenth Avenue. Right onto Tenth Avenue (which becomes Amsterdam Avenue at 57th Street). Proceed to 65th Street and turn right. SAB is on the left at 165 West 65th Street. (Look for purple Walter Reade Theater banner)
From I-95 South:
Exit: Cross Bronx Expressway West, which continues as I-95, to
Exit: Manhattan/Henry Hudson Parkway South.
