What I'm doing now: I am in my second semester of my sophomore and I owe a good majority of everything I am doing now to the NYSSSA program, the counselors for those years and especially to Dr. Burnett. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

What I'm doing now: I'm currently teaching voice and piano while finishing up my senior year here at Hartt

What I'm doing now: I am currently a first year Masters of Music Student at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Voice/Opera..

What I'm doing now: I'm in my second year of college at good old UB...officially am changing my major to Vocal performance, and plan on singing in the 2004 Carnegie Hall performance of Verdi's Requiem

Comments: The summer or '99 really changed my life, I didn't realize how much I valued it until I got college. The people I met and the experience I gathered will always be a part of my life.

What I'm doing now: Studying Voice at the Hartt School - University of Hartford.

Comments: It was an incredible experience not only on a musical level, but also on a social level. It greatly helped my adjustment in college as a music major.

What I'm doing now: I'm a specialist in the ARMY. I've been to Kuwait, Afghanistan, Italy and Spain. I'm currently in charge of surface to surface rocket/missile artillery equipment used in combat and war time situations. So yeah, been there...destroyed that.

Comments: I met many friends and worked with a great choral director. I learned how much young talent is out there. I will never forget the experience I had.

Comments: made me realize that I wanted music as a career/ life and that it was possible to do successfully

Comments: NYSSSA would have to be the best experience that I've encountered. It was great to make music with such wonderful musicians. As important as music was for me, so were all the great people I've met along the way... (sniff, sniff) :)

What I'm doing now: Right now I'm receiving vocal training from Arthur Thompson while going to Queensborough Community College.

Comments: I remember while I was there, my grandmother passed. The entire staff, student and teacher made it known, individually, that they gave their condolences. To all who helped me at NYSSSA...Thank you.

What I'm doing now: Attending SUNY Albany, involved with 2 choral groups on campus, assisting the Director of LGBTC department and waiting to be the Director in May. This means I plan next years annual All Eastern LGBT.

Comments: Only one thing discouraged me to continue with my practice of music. It was the fact that the professors and students had and were "favorites." I thought it was VERY unprofessional.

What I'm doing now:   hi, now I'm Levi!I work for the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.  My field is community sexual health and education. I'm living in DC with my partner Dex. An accident made me lose my singing voice (but i'm building up to be a baritone now!).
