I'm doing now: I work at The Chelsea Paper
Company, www.chelseapaper.com,
in New York City. I design the "Chelsea Notes"
brand of stationery as well as other design projects and
photography for the web.
Comments:
I thought it was GREAT! It was the first time I was
away from home for a long period of time and helped
convince me that I had the courage to live on my own.
Which I did for 4 years of study at The Cooper Union, in

I'm doing now: Attending SUNY New Paltz and will be
receiving my BFA in ceramics. I will be graduating in May
of 2003.
Comments:
This program made me realize that I wanted to go to
college for art. This experience also allowed me to see
the skill level of others, and then compare it to myself. |

I'm doing now: Graduating from SUNY Martime College.
Comments: that summer was one of the happiest, most
rewarding experiences I have ever had. it was a time I
actually felt I was around people I could relate to. I
still think back to it, and wonder why I didn't act on
that instinct!

magazine, and am a student at the Rhode Island School of
Design.
Comments: No price could be placed on my time at
NYSSSA during the summer of 1997. It was indeed a great,
enlightening, and encouraging experience for me as an
artist, and a person.

I'm doing now: Attending RISD (Rhode Island School of
Design) with other NYSSSA grads from my year. Graduating
in a year, and wondering what's next.
Comments: It was a really good program. It was my
first time away from my parents and working for myself. I
realized how much I can do when I want to do it for
myself.
