I'm doing now: Presently preparing for my Junior recital at New York University (May

Graduate Schools- also planning my wedding!!! Comments: My Summer at NYSSSA was, by far, one of the best
experiences of my entire life! I cherish the memories, the experiences and the friends. |

I'm doing now: I am finishing my associate's degree in Liberal arts and I plan to go
on for my BA and my master's in either psychology or Law Comments: The one
month that I spent at Fredonia has changed my life forever. I enjoyed spending time with
others who shared the same love of music. My experience has left me with memories that
will last a lifetime. |

What I'm doing now: I have
received a BA degree in Poli. Sci. from CUNY Baruch. Now I am
pursuing a masters either in International Politics or
Business Management. Currently, I am employed at TECO Chinese
Cultural Center in Atlanta (an oversea government branch of
Taiwan).
Comments: After NYSSSA, I went to the 1997
NYSSMA Winter Conference (All-State). In college I continued
to sing throughtout college with the school chorus and Ken
Gartner in a private chorus. Right now in Atlanta, GA, I still
participate in local music programs. |

I'm doing now: I LOVE MUSIC!!! I would NEVER trade it for ANYTHING!!! The opportunity
to make music is the GREATEST GIFT EVER given to me by whatever MAGNIFICENT POWERS that be
in this universe. Comments:
It's a GREAT "test" for anyone who has doubts about music. It's NOT an easy
profession to succeed in, but certainly MORE THAN WELL WORTH the REWARDS if you can
"stick it out". Some of my FONDEST memories are from NYSSSA! |

I'm doing now: Well, I've been working since High School, but I still plan to go to
college soon. I sing with a choir, and I've been working on composing music which I plan
to major in. Comments:
NYSSSA would have to be the best experience that I've encountered. It was great to
make music with such wonderful musicians. As important as music was for me, so were all
the great people I've met along the way... (sniff, sniff) :) |

now: I am going into my final year at Indiana University as a music education major.
Comments: Summer
School of the Arts was the first time I was able to share my passion for music with other
kids my age. It was the first time I felt truly comfortable and greatly influenced my
decision to become a music teacher. |

What I'm doing now: Graduating from SUNY Fredonia with a Music Bachelors
in Performance, and a minor in Arts Administration. I'll be spending the summer in Europe, and I will
then make money for the next year, and audition for graduate schools for the fall of 2004.
Comments: It was one of the most amazing musical experiences,
definitely influenced by decision to enter in the field of music, and to attend SUNY Fredonia. And I
then had the awesome experience of being a counselor!!

What I'm doing now: I responded to Ground Zero on 9/11/01, having to
drop out of my senior year of college. In the Fall 2003 semester I will be returning to college to
finish my double batchlor degree program.
Comments: I found confidence in who I was and the talent I had
in the musical field and even though I am not professionally involved in music, I have never
stopped singing.
