What I'm doing now:

I am social worker in a medical clinic serving patients living in poverty.

Comments:
The SSA influenced me a great deal by giving me exposure to a world beyond the confines of my hometown. I learned many life lessons that summer. Almost 10 years later I am still in touch with the friends that I made over that one 4 week period in 1995.

What I'm doing now: I am a substitute teacher at my old high school full-time. Part-time I work at a local television station and also a freelance graphic artist. I am currently illustrating a children's book entitled "Smiley, the Frowning Turtle."
