Chair Design
A device to test ultimate strength of cardboard and structural designs that will supply an increase of pressure and provide a method to weigh the cardboard samples. Large supplies of corrugated cardboard are required for this activity and are available at no cost from a variety of retail operations. Calculators are needed for statistical analysis and performing trigonometric calculations. A computer laboratory is needed for CADD drawings, and internet access is needed for electronic portfolios. A digital camera is helpful for photographing models, and other work done by hand such as rendered isometric drawings.
