This site is for voluntary registration of
nonpublic nursery schools and kindergartens based on Commissioner's Regulations,
Part 125, and serves only programs for three to five year olds.
Programs submit an application with required documentation. After review
and approval of the application, an onsite visit is conducted to (1) verify the
contents of the application, (2) check indoor and outdoor facilities, (3)
observe program operations; and (4) provide technical assistance as needed.
Registration is valid for a period of five years.
History
The New York State Education Department has operated a

Court of Appeals.
