The program at PS 21 in the Bronx will focus on the following needs of the ESD/SVP program"

1)conflict resolution training programs for staff and students

2)peer mediation training for staff and students

3)program for students who have difficulty functioning after lunch and begin to disrupt the school

4)tutoring program for second grade students that usesnature and science to build on literacy.

5)strong emphasis on teacher traing with difficult and challenging students.
