The program will consist of two components. Test prep for 200 students by YES-MATH, LLC. The second component will include conflict resolution training, after school clubs such as, the tutoring club, the enrichment club, math through the arts club, and the computer club.
After a nutritious snack, students will move to the first of two activity periods. In one of the two, each student will concentrate on improving math skills preparation for citywide Math Exams – working with a tutor on homework or improving math skills with user-friendly software and a certified teacher. In the other of the two sessions, each student may choose from an array of semester long club activities.
