3. Evidence that services have been effective: After completing our program, 89% of students in math and 91% of students in English maintained or improved their letter grades.

10a. Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with disabilities: The SuccessMaker curriculum can be customized to meet the special needs of students, including an auditory component.
10b. Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency: Because Project Success is offered via computer, individual differences are readily met. The program allows students to work from their own personal level and progress upward. Project Success is available in Spanish and ATS employs five Spanish translators.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery): Parents receive weekly phone calls and mailed/e-mailed reports that contain data about the student’s progress and any areas of difficulty he/she has encountered. Schools receive mailed/e-mailed monthly reports that contain more specific data as to the student’s progress.
13. Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation) No
14. Additional relevant information: ATS Project Success offers students in K-8 tutorial services in math and reading in the comfort and safety of their homes on computers provided by ATS. All that is needed is a phone line, and after only 30 hours, students gain one complete instructional level.
