Academic solutions, Inc offers a
variety of instructional settings depending on the program and clients'’ individual
needs. Typically our tutoring is a ratio of 1 teacher to 2 students. We offer one to one
instruction for an additional fee. Our special programs (ex, SAT prep, test prep
workshops, etc.) are offered in a small group setting, 8 to 12 students. |

Academic Solutions, Inc. offers a
variety of pricing options with savings on instruction and additional benefits. Our
typical fee for tutoring is currently $40.00 per hour, however this can be less depending
on the pricing option that is selected. (Additional costs apply for one to one
instructions.) Also, the cost for our special programs varies and typically it is less
than $40.00 per hour. Academic Solutions, Inc. is confident that we
offer an unparalleled program at a competitive price. |

Academic Solutions, Inc employs
certified NY State teachers as instructors. Academic Solutions, Inc is currently a member
of the Association of Education practitioners and Providers. (AEPP) is a professional
network dedicated to the business of delivering and advancing the education of children
and youth. Both owners of Academic Solutions, Inc hold masters’ degrees in education
and are NY State certified teachers. |

Reports to parents, teachers, and
LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery): |
As part of our tutoring programs,
Academic Solutions, Inc provides hourly feedback to the parents with the use of an hourly
lesson plan and feedback sheet, In addition, parents conference once a month to discuss
client progress and concerns. As part of this monthly conference, the client’s
teachers are contacted for input/feedback. Reports are written and records are kept. The
client’s LEA would also receive this information to ensure alignment with LEA goals. |
