Groups of Home Instructing Parents |
|
Listed below are the names, addresses and telephone numbers of groups of home instructing parents in New York State. While this is not an exhaustive listing, it does include those associations of parents known to the Department and open to inquiries from other parents. These are general regional groups; many are connected to sub-groups located throughout their areas. Please call or write the ones nearest to you for information about sub-groups in your locality. As the people listed are currently instructing their children at home, they prefer that phone calls to them be made from mid-afternoon on, or that contact with them be made by mail. They are all willing to share their knowledge with other interested parents. |
