Contracts for Excellence 04/09/08 Video

     Please check to see that you have Real Player Version 11 installed on your computer (available for free at www.real.com). If you do and are connected to the internet, under normal conditions, you should be able to see this streaming video.

     The video link is rtsp://real.hvcc.edu/nysed. Once connected, use the following userid and password:

User Name:   nysed

Password:   webcast    (all lower case) 

1.   When the video first starts there will be approximately 8 seconds of audio with no video or a still frame (This is a known issue when trimming clips with Real Editor).
     
2.     The clip was encoded at 256k and 384k @ 320 x 240.  It is only meant to be played at 1x on your Real Player.  Playing the file back at more than 100% will cause the video to be distorted.
