  • Known issues:

    • When there is no data for a particular entity/assessment/grade combination, a report appears with an empty chart.
    • When using filters, students are only classified as disabled if they have both a challenge code and a level of integration.
    • When using filters, LEP students are only classified as LEP  if they have a LEP  duration of something other than null.
    • When two locations have the same name, their total number tested is summed on the guided analysis reports.
    • When filtering on ethnicity, Asian and Pacific Islander should be selected together.
    • When an account is first activated or reactivated, the first two attempts at accessing the AVRs will fail with an error message.
    • Bar chart for mean scale score is reflective of the maximum score for that entity/assessment
    • The Allow button to give BOCES access to individual student data does not appear on the first login for the district.
    • District superintendent can view the individual student data inside the schools of the district, but not out of the district, home instructed, or home bound.

    Fixes:

    • Bulk ISR access for teachers
    • Performance of bulk ISR zip file generation
    • Districts 75 and 79 are now available in the Administration Module and Interactive Reports
    • Administration Module now allows display of multiple schools with the same name
