Release Name: Data Verification Report - NYSTP Science Grades 4 & 8 and Social Studies Grade 5 & 8 – District Assessment Summary Reports

Notes:

  • At the top of the district level report, a header will display 'Report Viewer - District Assessment Summary Report – nn', with nn = 01, 02, 03 or 04 depending on the assessment. Similarly, at the top of the school level report, a header will display ‘Report Viewer – School Assessment Summary – nn’, with nn = 01, 02, 03 or 04 depending on the assessment. These are just different versions of the reports that are specific to different assessments. These numbers should not be interpreted as school years.
  • On the verification report menu (the screen displayed after successful login to nySTART), each verification report has a "Modified" date and time.  These are the time and date when the code for the report was last changed.  Every user will see the same date and time displayed for each of the verification reports.  This information does not relate to when data was last modified.

    • This is the fifth release of the nySTART application.
    • This release provides access to the fifth in a series of verification reports, "Data Verification Report - NYSTP Science Grades 4 & 8 and Social Studies Grade 5 - District Assessment Summary Reports".

    Fixes:  A database fix has been implemented so that students with an N/R standard achieved code appear as 'Not Tested' on the reports.
