Q. Why won't my tab-/comma- delimited files import properly?
A. We made some last minute changes to the database before it was
posted to the website and I had updated the import routines for Fixed Length files, but forgot to update the routines for Tab and Comma delimited. These are fixed for the next release.

Q. What does "fuzzy match on date" mean?
A. When RCT assessments are imported, the software will attempt to match your date of administration with the date on the form. This is necessary because, on rare occasions, the passing grade for an RCT may be different depending on the date administered.
The software will first attempt an exact match. If this is not successful, the software will then attempt to match month and year. If both month and year match, we have a "FUZZY MATCH ON DATE." This does not prevent you from importing the records, because the software can still determine when the RCT exam was given.
If no match is made, the software will use the one in the system.

Q. I am getting an invalid language code error when trying to import asssessments. Some of my assessments have them and some don't. The
documentation says that if no Test Language is entered, the default will be English. Can you please advise?
A. Oversight on my part - fixed for next release.

Q. When scrolling from record to record on the Students tab, the screen scrolls down to to the Student Assessment Data screen, making this
process cumbersome.
A. Known bug - fixed for next release.

Q. Would like the printed error log report to be continuous not one student
per page, showing fields that are missing data.
A. I've added a button that will display the ErrorLog table, which you can then print out.

Q Software would not convert my grade level codes- had to convert them outside of software and then import.
A. When importing as ProgramServices.txt, you should use the ProgramService IDs
for the corresponding grade, instead of the Grade Level from the list of
common codes

Q. When trying to use the search feature, whether it be by name or id, we get the drop down menu and can choose a student but then it doesn't find
the student.
A. This became a bug when we changed how the BEDSOfResponsibility field is being used. I've now fixed the bug.

Q. I can get the LEAP files without student names to import. Why
won't the LEAP IMPACT file import?
A. Unfortunately, I did not learn about the IMPACT format until recently. I have not yet had a chance to program an import for that yet. I hope to do an import for that format before the final release of the software.
