Magnet School Program
Application for Eligible School Districts

2006-2007

The purpose of the New York State Magnet School Program is to fund any instructional or instructional support costs associated with:

School districts outside of New York City that are eligible to receive a New York State Magnet School Program allocation must complete the application form and an FS-10 budget.  New York City school districts participating in District Comprehensive Education Planning (DCEP) may include information in the DCEP in lieu of completing the attached form and procedures as specified in this document.

Project Numbers

Include the agency code and project number beginning 0634-06-____ on the last page of the FS-10 before copying.
