 Extended School Day/School Violence Prevention (ESD/SVP) Continuation Grants

Application for 2007-08 Continuation Grants


Existing Extended School Day/School Violence Prevention grantees must complete the 2007-2008 application and the FS-10 budget for the same amount received in 2006-2007.

The application consists of the cover page, signed assurances, a description of any significant changes from the 2006-2007 program. 

Submit one original and two copies of the application and FS-10 postmarked by June 30, 2007 to:
