School districts currently participating in the Extended School Day/School
Violence Prevention Program may apply for continuation of their existing
programs in 2006-2007 at the same total funding level (base award amount) as
received during 2005-2006. The grant period extends from July 1, 2006 to
June 30, 2007.
This year the application consists of the cover page, signed assurances, program abstract, description of any significant changes from the 2005-06 program and the FS-10. Please submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the application and FS-10 as soon as possible in order to receive your funds. Facsimiles will not be accepted.
