Ventilation Standards

To clarify the Planning Standards regarding no fixed minimum of outside air below 35øF, no system will be approved that shuts down the outside air on the basis of outside air temperature. Outside air shall be supplied at all times to occupied spaces in accordance with the current ASHRAE standards.
