Green Cleaning Survey: In accordance with the recently enacted Education Law 409-i, the department is responsible to report on the status of utilizing environmentally sensitive cleaning and maintenance (green) products in all public and nonpublic schools by June 1, 2007. To accomplish this, we have developed a survey designed to target the three main items in the legislation- are green products available in the same form, function, and utility as previously used products. Please access the survey on our website at www.forms.nysed.gov/emsc/facplan/greenclean/ and complete no later that April 27, 2007.
