2010 Building Condition Survey format document (PDF form) 01/20/09 Please note that this is the format document, NOT the online survey submission and is provided for your convenience in collecting the survey data. Our IT department is now in the process of preparing the online submission site which should be available during the summer of 2010. Commissioner's regulations require the survey to be completed by November 15, 2010 and submitted by January 15, 2011. Call Curt Miller or Dave Clapp at 518-474-3906 if you have further questions.
