Annual Survey of Children in Local Institutions for Neglected or Delinquent
Children or in Correctional Institutions, 2008-2009: Information from this
survey will be used to compute the 2008-09 Title I Neglected or Delinquent
allocations for school districts so that eligible children in the institutions
can be provided Title I-funded educational services. Institutions must complete
this survey in order for their eligible children to receive Title I-funded
educational services during the 2008-09 school year. Survey forms are available

2007-08 DCEP Addendum Update Now Available - All New York City local educational agencies eligible to
receive federal funds under Title I, Parts A & D; Title II, Parts A & D; Title
III, Part A; Title IV, Part A; Title V, Part A; and Title VI, Part B must submit
a 2007-08 District Comprehensive Educational Plan Addendum Update in order to
receive the funds.

Final Version of 2007-08 Consolidated
Application Now Available - All local educational agencies outside of New
