Sole Supervisory District of Albany, Schoharie, Schenectady, and
Saratoga Counties. This updated version of the study corrects a
minor error in an enrollment figure that was included in the earlier
version and does not affect the study’s findings. The Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of
Government, The State University of New York, has prepared a study
of the potential reorganization of the Sole Supervisory District of
Albany, Schoharie, Schenectady, and Saratoga Counties. Additional

10th Annual Report to BOCES:
Chapter 602 of the Laws of 1994 requires the Commissioner to prepare an annual report
each January "detailing the financial and statistical outcomes of BOCES for
