8/2/07 - A Study of the Sole Supervisory District of Albany, Schoharie, Schenectady, and Saratoga Counties. This updated version of the study corrects a minor error in an enrollment figure that was included in the earlier version and does not affect the study’s findings.  The Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of Government, The State University of New York, has prepared a study of the potential reorganization of the Sole Supervisory District of Albany, Schoharie, Schenectady, and Saratoga Counties. Additional information, including the letter from Commissioner Mills and the full text of the study, is now available. 

12/6/05 - A Study of the First Supervisory District of Monroe County:  The Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of Government has prepared a reorganization study of the First Supervisory District of Monroe County.  Additional information, including the full text of the study, is available at http://www.emsc.nysed.gov/monroe/cover.htm.

11/1/05 - Reorganization Options for the Erie Two-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Supervisory District:  Delivery of Educational Services in the 21st Century:  The Institute for Local Governance and Regional Growth at the University of Buffalo has prepared a study of the Second Supervisory District of Erie, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties.  More information, including the full text of the study, is available at http://www.emsc.nysed.gov/erie2ccstudy.html.

3/1/05 - 10th Annual Report to BOCES:   Chapter 602 of the Laws of 1994 requires the Commissioner to prepare an annual report each January "detailing the financial and statistical outcomes of BOCES for the Governor and Legislature". The report  is available at http://www.emsc.nysed.gov/mgtserv/602%20Report/2005BOCES602tenth/2-28-05memo.html

12/2/04 - Proposed Plan to Reorganize the Supervisory Districts in Steuben, Allegany, Schuyler, Chemung and Tioga Counties. 3/10/04 - Ninth Annual Report on BOCES:  Annual report detailing the financial and statistical outcomes of BOCES.
