 Alternative Assessments Update – September 2004

The New York State Assessment Panel meets periodically to review proposals for alternative assessments to the Regents examinations and to make recommendations to Commissioner Mills about whether the proposed alternatives should be approved. Several examinations were approved and the minimum acceptable scores have been set as noted below.
