CTE and Civil Rights

The State Education Department is required by the federal Office for Civil Rights to conduct a program of compliance and technical assistance to ensure that all students have access to CTE offered by agencies receiving federal financial assistance (e.g., local school districts and Boards of Cooperative Education Services and public two-year colleges).
