Enclosed are the forms and instructional manuals to be used in providing information for the 2001-2002 Career & Technical Education Data System. Please read the directions carefully. Return one (1) copy to the address below. Retain a copy of the completed form in the event we need to contact you for clarification. If your district does not conduct a Career and Technical Education Program, please enter a zero in the "Grand Total Box", sign and date the Certification Statement on the front page of the form and return it.
STUDENTS WHO ATTEND BOCES ARE TO BE REPORTED BY THE BOCES, NOT BY THE DISTRICT.
All materials should be submitted not later than April 12, 2002
