The LOTE website is updated whenever new information becomes available and contains lists of frequently-asked questions and answers, information about State assessments in LOTE, and relevant publications.

The New York State Education Department has posted the Second Language Proficiency (SLP) examinations administered from June 2002 through June 2004. They are posted on the Office of State Assessment website at http://www.nysedregents.org/testing/hsregents.html Additional SLPs will be posted within the next month.
